Refunds

Please note classes are non- refundable, but it may be possible to transfer to another course if at least 7 days notice is given before the start of the class. Requests to transfer to an alternative course or date must be made by email to hello@apetalunfolds.com. However, transfers are subject to availability and A Petal Unfolds is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.

Cancellation by A Petal Unfolds

In the event that your workshop is cancelled by A Petal Unfolds you will be offered an alternative course date, transfer to another course of the same value or provided a full refund.  Possible reasons to cancel include, but are not limited to: 

• Adverse weather

• Tutor illness

• Not meeting the minimum booking level

• Changes in government regulations relating to COVID-19

• Unforeseen circumstances out of the control of A Petal Unfolds

A Petal Unfolds reserves the right to change the timing, date or venue of the course where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control. A Petal Unfolds reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received and will strive to give as much notice of this as possible. A Petal Unfolds will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the course or cancellations.

Intellectual Property 

Course materials are supplied only for your personal use. A Petal Unfolds remains the owner of all intellectual property in course materials. No part of the materials may be copied or reproduced without my permission.
